Just what was on the news, that they bowled 90 overs on it first testing day and were going to do the same for 5 consecutive days to see how it stood up. Reports were that it played well. I assume they would use the same clay soil base and turf type as the WACA so there is some similarity. MCG and Adelaide oval both have drop ins so don't see any reason it wont work at the Stadium.

Well the idiots who run the WACA are organising this and they instruct their own curator to prepare batting highways at the WACA so it will be the same, just a crap pitch that the flat track bullies can increase their average on.

Yep these last two pitches at the WACA has probably cost the Warrior a spot in the shield final.
