I see Hird is now wiping his hands of the Weapon and Dank and the supplements programme. According to him he had nothing to do with their recruitment or development of the programme as senior coach. He lays the blame squarely at the Footy Operations guy...fmd...is this bloke in denial or just so arrogant he can't see the truth of the matter that he's just as guilty as Dank, Robinson and all the others.

BC when you are the golden haired prodigal then you grow up believing that everything you do is good and just. Someone needs to sit him down and tell him that all of this and I truly mean all of the essendon saga is down to him.

I have never met a manager, good one that is, who believes that they not accountable for their teams outcomes, good and bad. When my staff did well they got the rewards, when things did not go as planned it was down to me and me alone.

He's throwing everyone under the bus isn't he, the problem is all the delusional Standbyhird supporters buy it.
