From the EFFC website: Sharks new coaching team takes shape

The Sharks have a new Colts Coach and have added two more coaches to our senior coaching team, led by Rob Wiley. Joining Bradd Dalziell and Jacob Brennan are Phil Matera and Luke McPharlin, who will both be specialist coaches in 2016. Clay McLernon joins as our Colts Head Coach.

Luke McPharlin

Luke returns home to the Sharks after a 16 year career in the AFL. Luke’s extensive AFL experience will be a great asset to the Sharks, and he will focus on working with our developing forwards as well as fulfilling a player mentoring role.

Phil Matera

Phil joins the Sharks as a specialist coach working predominantly with the forwards.

Clay McLernon

Our new Colts Coach comes to the Club from Claremont, where he has been an assistant coach under Michael Broadbridge and Marc Webb. Clay is a school teacher and has been the head of Sport at Darling Range Sports College for the last 7 years. Clay played 97 WAFL games for Perth & Claremont between the years 2006 to 2012. He was also a Premiership Player for Claremont in 2011 under Simon McPhee.

That looks like a very experienced team. Expect the Sharks to rise up the ladder again in 2016!
