not a lot of point debating this one cocko as ocker was the most accurate ever in my humble opinion. guys like archie duda, warren ralph, jason heatley, brad smith and simon beasley were good but not in the same class as Robertson over a prolongued period.

Yes Austin Robertson was a star.

What about Murray Couper being amongst them?

No-one I would like more to take a mark outside 50 and need to kick the goal after the siren to win a game.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!
I shot the fukin sherriff!!!!

Murray Couper was a beautiful kick for goal. Warren Dean could drop punt a ball 55/60 metres without much trouble. (And much further with a torp of course)

Todd Breman of course was a magnificent kick as well. Gary Buckenara was also a lovely exponent of the drop punt.

For a while Doug Simms from Perth set the comp alight with his long racking left footers for goal.

Brian Adamson was deadly accurate with the drop punt.

Peter Menaglio was a thumping kick for a little bloke with a perfect technique.

Ray Bauskis was very accurate from memory and Mark Olsen too perhaps.

Never seen either Robertson or Couper play but anecdotally i have heard many stories in regards to Murray Coupers accurate goalkicking prowess..but aside from goalkickers how about defenders! Tom Mullooly used to regularly pin point players 50m away when kicking out and hit them on the tits lace out
