The tv commentary on this series has been appalling. Having to listen to Warne, Slater, Taylor, Lee and Healy to a lesser extent has made the games even less enjoyable, if that's possible. The poms, like Lloyd and Vaughan have been ok, and at least speak their mind, but the others are like a boys club. According to Warne we should all consider Clarke as the best captain of all time and one of the best batsmen since Bradman.
No thanks.

Cesspit -- all true. Clarke and the other batsman made runs last season at home, but as others have stressed on here, one has to consider the nature of the pitches and the opposition. IN terms of its pace attack -- I exclude Ashwin, whom I think bowlled well, it was the worst seam bowling I have ever seen in Australia.

I will remember Clare for his 150 odd in Cape Town on a dodgy pitch against good bowlers. Unfortunately, we still lose the test match.

I totally agree, surely the worst commentary group of all time. I watched most of the series with the sound down or the ABC radio commentary even though it wasn't in Sync with the pictures. Ritchie would be shaking his head....

Could not have put it better myself. The Aussie commentators ( warne is a disgrace as is healy), rather than speak the truth, continually talking up the aussies rather than calling what is in front of em. Hell in the Aussies second dig, ya wouldda thought they were 200 in front not 200 behind.
