Lets see how consistent Neale is going forward, I like watching the lad play, no doubt he has been blessed with great natural talent and had a day out against pathetically week opposition, but Priddis has been incredibly consistent throughout his career, from the very start at Subi, through years of disappointment at 4 drafts, then a Sandover medal and last years Brownlow, yes we all know Abblet was a shoe-in before the injury but that's not Pridda's fault as was the case when Rob Harvey inherited the Brownlow after the Bulldogs bloke was rubbed out, shit happens. Pridda has been a model of consistency and that is a coach's dream.

He aint a pretty footballer, his style is down and dirty at the base of packs ripping out surgical handpasses that make the receivers look good, but at the moment he's playing a lone role in a weak and injury ravaged Toasters team. Still thought he was in the Toasters best on a day when 2 quarters of sublime Dockers footy was enough for a comfortable win ...... but they better bring 4 qtrs next week or Sydney will tear them a new one.

I agree, in fact would Priddis get a gig in any of the top 4 team mids line ups from last year?

Though starved of chances, Kennedy is a flat track bully. He doesn't kick goals against the good backmen of the competition. He doesn't work hard enough against them.
Sad to see McGovern go down with a knee injury as he looks like a shining light for the Toasters.

I actually agree with you, what is going on?

It's easy to get carried away with the performances of the 5th best midfielder of a very good team. Eagles supporters know, they parted with a 1st round draft pick for collingwood premiership player wellingham. Its worked out famously. I am sure there are freo fans who still remember them going and getting brisbanes 5th bestt midfielder in Des Headland that worked well too.

The guy can play but at 176cm not sure he will ever be anything more than the 5th midfielder

Did Headland play more games than Soctt Gumbleton ? Hows Sylvia progesssing in his second season?

Possibly as well as Andrew Geddes.

Bang on. Neale has had one good game this year and now all of a sudden he is the be all and end all.
Priddis is an absolute workhorse, its not his fault he has absolute spuds around him.

Now that was a mid season classic Draft.Think only one out of 40+ was a decent player with Cresswell playing over 240 games at Sydney. All the rest neverwasbeens

MMM Me thinks you should check your facts before espousing crap. Check out how well Lachie has played so far this season. He has been a ball magnet in all games so far.
And let's not forget that he won a Glendenning medal in the Derby last year.
Some are still finding it hard to recognise that the Fremantle Club and team are not the same team that were easy meat 6 or 7 years ago.
Don't worry , this kid can play and will be a thorn in the side of plenty of clubs in the future.

Espousing crap? How so? Personally I dont think his first 2 games were that crash hot. 22 disposals (17HB's I think) in the first game with zero tackles, 24 disposals in the second (6 tackles - thats more like it). Second game was decent without being outstanding. Hardly call those stats ball magnet material though.
You're insinuating that I dont rate Neale, which is entirely not true. The kid is a good footy player and if he can get some consistency in his matches then he has the potential to be a star.
Not sure why you are bringing up his medal from last year? When I clearly stated THIS year. Better get some windex on those purple glasses mate, they're pretty dirty. You think I am having a dig at him when I am not.
Also no idea why you've mentioned Freo comapred to 6 or 7 years ago???

One good game!!!!! I wonder.

Yea, because 42 disposals doesnt skew your 3 game average :P
