WP v SD in 2012 round 15. What a brilliant game of footy between 2 great sides. It could of gone either way and I thought Swans had it until we picked up. Great game by Shane Nelson. I actually put this game on disc and will watch it again for sure.

As much as I DONT like 20/20 this game had me going full on especially the last over. Perth Scorchers beat Melbourne to go into final

No3 # Didnt watch the whole game but certainly watched the last Set.. I was barracking for the Swede but dont us Aussies do that..
I cannot imagine two men actually having the strength to go through 5 hours plus of sport and survive..

I personally thought the SD vs WP game at Joondalup in round 2 was a far better game!!

Had trouble remembering that one Beasley Had to refresh myself.
The reason I picked round 15 was because it was a great display of WAFL Footy by both sides. I walked away from that game very impressed with both sides.
It was a ABC game so put it on disc.

Round 2 Was a win to Swans but being round 2 bit vague in my memory.
Have had another look at it.

WP v Swans are turning into some great games with either side capable of a win and a great game of WAFL. Whilst I like a win against EP that is only a Love Hate thing whilst the WP v Swans games are always a good contest.
Look forward to the games in 2013 between these two great G7 sides. As for EP WHO CARES!!!

I reckon Swans & West Perth have always had a great rivalry ..even back in the early 80's when we used to beat everyone by just turning up WP had the wood on us a bit especially at Leederville. And as for EP they no longer exist as a club despite what grump, hawkhawkins & stevie wonder might think!!

I wont be at the Anzac game between these 2 sides on 25 April unfortunately. I am a vet and will be marching and then a reunion.
Pretty sure there wont be a TV Coverage? Hopefully on radio so will be carrying my tranny with me.

Meet again round 15 29 June at Basso and then again in round 24 31 Aug at Basso.

Yep agree i thought both sides played ordinary footy at Basso that day, apart from Nelson who stood out like dogs nurries
