Now that former Saint Kilda player Stephen Milne, has pleaded GUILTY to sex charges, shouldn't the A.F.L. be REFUNDING the $5,000 they fined Mick Malthouse?????

REMEMBER, it was MILNE that called Malthouse a 'grey haired old c' to which Malthouse RESPONDED by calling Milne a RAPIST.

I believe Mick Malthouse has now been vindicated and the A.F.L. should PUBLICLY APOLOGISE to Malthouse!!!!!!!!!!

Im not sticking up for Milne,hated him as a player but i think he has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge (his rape charge has been downgraded to indecent assault?).
He still deserves everything the court gives him.

Absolutely not. Malthouse was fined $5000 for his inappropriate words and actions on the field which was not a good look for a senior coach supposedly setting an example to his players and staff. He breached the AFL code of conduct and was dealt with accordingly. Whether or not Milne was guilty is completely irrelevant.

Don't know how they get to downgrade a RAPE charge. If a girl says NO and the guy goes ahead anyway, then it is RAPE. Even in a MARRIED situation, if a WIFE says NO and the HUSBAND goes ahead that is RAPE. If she says wear a RUBBER and the guy refuses to, then THAT is also RAPE.

So how do they get to downgrade? Indecent assault would be something like using 2 fingers when she says use one (ha ha ha ha)
