2 down from C2 - SNESA and Swan Valley.

2 up from C3 - Kenwick and Brentwood Booragoon.

2 down from C3 - East Fremantle and Manning Rippers.

2 up from C4 - Southern River and Secret Harbour.

So do they want C3 to stay with 9 teams and C4 to have 10 teams for 2015.
I thought that it would be as follows:

POS TEAM
9 Snesa (C2)
10 Swan Valley (C2)
3 Ballajura (C3)
4 Brentwood Booragoon (C3)
5 Swan View (C3)
6 Ellenbrook (C3)
7 Cockburn Lakes (C3)
8 East Fremantle (C3)
1 Southern River (C4)
2 Secret Harbour (C4)

we won't see fixtures til March and an unlikely chance C3 will stay 9. Always the lowest grade to get 9 so only one team will go down to C4 I'd say. The reason C3 ended up with 9 was due to Nollamara (I think???)

Good chance of a team joining from somewhere else so may get 10 in C4 anyway.
