if he had any moral character he'd walk away from coaching and EFC full stop. what happens if in years to come the affected players who relied on the club and it's duty of care start showing signs of long term health problems as a result of the programme designed by Dank and endorsed by Hird? Do you think those guys will think 12 months in Europe on full pay is a big enough penalty?

Yeah & what if in years to come the players show no signs, lot of what ifs. What if the hare stops for a crap then the tortoise might win the race too!

Cut him a bit of slack there Freezin, if i had dinner plate ears like that I would be growing as much hair as possible to hide them. Mind you, with the million dollar advance payment and 12 months in Europe I would have paid the best plastic surgeon in Europe to pin those fuckers back.

Spot on. But we know he has no moral fibre so that's not going to happen. When you've had fawners and fops around you you're whole like telling you how brilliant you are its easy to become imbued with your own self importance to the point of delusion. And that's what happened here. This narcissist has deluded himself into believing he's a victim in this, heroically fighting against an injustice. He needs to see a mental health professional.

Let me see TFS......the CEO, Chairman and the High Performance coach are all shown the door at EFC.....but not Jimmy.......now tell me how many games, flags and medals the likes of Ian Robson, David Evans and Dean "the weapon" Robinson have won for the EFC?.........no ifs and buts there TFS........so TFS what saved Jimmy's bacon and not the others?.............besides his flash Vidal Sasoon hair cut?

So we are not talking about Hird anymore? Are those 3 you mentioned serving time or did they elect to step down? Also you didn't answer my question whether or not you wold serve more time than 12 months if given to you?

the high performance manager was stood down.....hasn't returned......the other guys DID the honourable thing and took the rap and resigned.......they didn't have a James Hird CV to stand on mate........as for me serving more time than given?.....in the job I am in mate, mistakes cost lives....my conscious would get the better of me TFS simple as that.....could I live with myself knowing that I have or might have endangered your young sons well being TFS just for my own short term gain?.....naaagh not me mate.....cop it on the chin and learn from the experience and move on!....

so TFS you answer my question mate regarding how many Essendon brownie points those three fellas have compared to Jimmy?......Jimmy is a protected species at Essendon...everyone knows it.......got no probs with that......only the fella himself, for his obvious lack of credibility, accountability and responsibility to live up to all those esteemed accolades laid at his door......outside the EFC Jimmys reputation has taken a big slide.....thus Jimmy's keen desire to immerse himself back into the EFC way of life....gutless if you ask me!

Well said Freezin. TBH I will be surprised if a few Essendon players don't ask to be traded if Jimmy boy is allowed to slide back into coaching next year.
