jeez, I would have thought something would have been said. maybe I missed it. but then again this is mainly wafl and that suits me just fine. having said that, west coast probably annoy supporters like swans/west perth supporters. hit and miss. get flogged in very winnable games and then win unexpectedly.

Funny, if they can beat Collingwood next week they are back in the hunt for a top 8 spot as they would be only one game out ( depending on other results). Would be interesting if the Eagles snuck into 8th spot and the Dockers finished 5th as then the Eagles would have a home final from 8th!!!
Unlikely I know......

It won't happen but let's be honest...it should only be a top 6 at best.

Never seen a bigger gap with Hawks & Sydney and the rest. Freo could surprise, Geelong maybe, but both would need to be healthy and at their very best. Apart from them the rest are no hope.

I think that the game was played almost like bruise free football. I saw players like Gaff, Masten and Shuey who are hardly ever hard ball getter having the ball out in open space more than they have ever had this year. Good luck to the Eagles for the win but I wasn't impressed by their win.
Crows off a six day break Eagles off an eight day break.
I guess it all adds a little bit of theatre to the final eight composition.
A long list of players out!!!Cox retiring...Glass RETIRED...Waters has he played this year? Sheppard. Hardly a full time player for the Eagles, Wellingham has spent more time in the Twos than in the league.
Rosa and Selwood I will admit are very handy players they have missed and do make a difference... but the others!!Half haven't played all season.
Not a bad effort but hardly a ground breaking win.

not ground breaking ?? I would have thought your comments justify as such. Adelaide probably played to win without collateral damage. u get these results wen a team isn't gonna make the finals

Spot on Anchor two sides who played wide receiver football all day, which suits both sides as they have plenty of stat collectors,

In saying that, WCE were good in the last quarter, but Crows are as soft as a Cowpat

I thought it was a great game of footy to watch..36 goals kicked free flowing, good to watch, the game was a good standard.
Much better than that boring as crap defensive games we have to watch where 12 goals wins the game.

The fact the opposition coaches showed no respect to the midfield...who's fault is that.

Any win in South Oz is a fantastic win.

Might be good to watch 30, but most teams in AFL will not allow you to play untouch footy, hence why Eagles or Adelaide not in the eight
