I saw the incident, Warne is a dead set clown imo his one match ban is too lenient it was no surprise that when Malinga hit Samuels Malinga was the only one to go over and show any concern the rest of the team didn't move from their positions, i guess we now know the reasons why Warne never captained Australia, Samuels should of pulled that rug off Warnes head.

Spot on. Disgraceful performance from Warne particularly throwing the ball at Samuels when things have initially settled down after his first outburst. His ranting at the umps after the wide call on McKay for too high in the over after his brain snap was even worse. Champion cricketer but peanut of a bloke.

Yeah Samuels should have pulled his rug off, or slapped his plasticine face or maybe popped one of his balloon tits.

Such a shame, would like to have seen him make a comeback for the Ashes, even if it's just to get plenty of looks at Liz in the stands, but you can't help think Warnie will do things to bring the spotlight on himself for all the wrong reasons.

Warnie was a clown no doubt about it, but Samuels was down right disgraceful - we know he throws it when he "bowls" but to chuck your bat towards someone???

As Peter North says, we can see why Warne was never considered for captaincy of the Aussie cricket team - what a dead set plastic tool. He should have been outed for the remainder of the games...after all, he instigated the whole shebang. And unka you lil ol closet 20/20 lover...you seem to be up with all the news on the game

I watch channel i news, and it was all over thier sports news 58. Shane Warne tool...?? prob the most successful and crowd drawing cricketer around. All the time he acts like a tool and the crowd/media lap it up, the status quo will continue. Just what the marketeers of 20/20 want to happen...its so transparent mate

Totally agree with Unka on this ...all this hullaballoo over the Warne/Samuels "incident" fair dinkum it was as fake as Warnie's hair, all orchestrated in the change rooms before the game to drum up some publicity in the dwindling support of this Big Bash rubbish!!

I was just praying Samuels would snap and give Warnie an almighty flogging in front of the world.
