Returning to the original question and would need to say no. People won't like the spanner stuffing up the workings, but I'd venture so far as to say what's the bloody point in buying a television? Was watching tv over Christmas and only one decent programme being shown at the time! But will agree the British comedy has always been far far better.

Agree with you cocko. Watched a few CSI's, but as soon as you get the plot, you can work out the ending. SBS have really developed over the years, but I stick to Fox when I can.

shithouse show, only good thing is the bird on it. Have never watched an episode though, can't get through one.

Fawlty Towers, Mr Bean, The Office, An Idiot Abroad and Little Brittain all good pommy shows that I get a laugh out of. And I hate the poms =)
