To be honest, I dont think a tummy tap should even be cited. Unless it is a full on belt him to the guts kind of punch, just let it ride out. No damage has been done.
As for the neck incident with whoever it was from Hawthorn. I saw it, he came up behind him after a little tussle and wrapped his whole arm around the Hawks neck, like a reverse headlock, then kind of brought him to ground. To me, I dont think this is reportable. Its not something that is going to cause damage to the other player, its just a little wrestle. It should definitely be a free kick though.
