Junior recruiting boards on road sides have it,Such and such junior football, club is recruiting players for AFL. Who does these sort of signs for the clubs!!S urely it wouldn't or couldn't be the men who run the clubs, could it!!And I mean no disrespect to the many many wonderful ladies who run junior football clubs.I am sure most would not survive if it weren't for the Mums who do so much.
But what your children play,be it Jimmy or Jenny, they play Aussie rules, they do not play AFL.
It makes me angry.

Don't worry about it anchor....Aussie Rules Football is dead. We have some other breed of footy taking its place.

Robber that's the way it should be promoting the game, but as Aussie rule not AFL.I hope that you venture goes well and you can keep it running.

One thing that hasn't changed in my 40yrs Anchor is the field kicking of the Ruckmen (cox is an exception) . A couple of absolute howlers during the SD v WCEP scratchy reminded us all of this one constant that will always remain part of our game.

anchor, our venture will only get stronger ,sunday footy is alive and going well..what pisses me off is the total lack of help and acknowledgement from our local district footy development council and the WAFC..it appears they dont want blokes playing footy on sunday and everyone should play amateurs
