Heard about Triffett last night, but didnt catch exactly the circumstances. Do you know any specifics of it AM? Like where and what etc? Who was the "other" in trouble?

Agar was for abusing the umpire. Actually feel for this kid, imagine going from a Ashes hero making 90odd on debut at 11, to back playing shield cricket taking 2 wickets in 2 matches to back playing amateurs. Needs some good guidance and leadership to settle his ship and get back to being a threat to take a spot in both Warriors and the Aussie team.

Whilst I do not condone Agar's actions and I am not privy to what was said, is it surprising that we have such behaviour when we have the Australian captain threatening opposition players and demonstrating dissent with respect to umpires' decisions. Of course Clark's penalty was in no way proportional to his standing in the game compared to Agar. Rules for some and different rules for others.

I prefer to not comment on the other incident - I prefer due process to take its course.

S42 you do realise what Jimmy Anderson said to George Bailey that prompted that rebuke from Clarke? ..which I might add changed Clarke's public perception from being not that well liked to a national hero overnight for sticking up for his team mate and countryman against that pommy upstart!!
