I'd be stocking up on grog if I owned a pub in Perth and Northbridge, especially for Monday and Tuesday when the Barmy lads will have naff all to do all day, what with the Test likely to be over by then and all.

That and a microwave oven to warm the pints up for the lads.

fantastic knock by Smith, considering the rubbish dismissals of the other top order batsmen.....all of them will be kicking themselves tonite....can't believe the softness and stupidity of Watsons batting.....play him as a batting alrounder at 6 or 7 or really just end his test career now and play him in the 20/20 or 50 over stuff. Bailey bats like he does in the one dayers....his shot selection was piss poor and considering his first class experience, that shot was pretty piss poor....seems like a nice guy, but not a test batsman TBH.

Good to see Warner showing some consistency.....still a ticking time bomb when he bats, but when on song looks good. Clarke will be disappointed with his dismissal so close to lunch....think the boys were a touch arrogant in the pre lunch session.....thank god for Haddin and another timely knock.....he has been the standout player for me so far....be nice to score over 400.....keep the English out in the heat till mid 2nd session.....and then turn them over for under 250.....
