Hi All,

Just got back from a trip to Austin, Texas where the 2013 US Nationals were held. My team the Calgary Kangaroos were in attendance competing in Division 1. We are the only team from Canada invited and we were pretty confident this year we had everything in place. Unfortunately the boys lost the Division 1 final by 1 point against the Austin Crows.

The boys were all devastated by the loss but we are going to walk away with the Div 1 USAFL cup soon.

That is great that the AFL see's fit to acknowledge an amateur football competition in the USA ..pity they cant give this country's own 130+yo footy comps (WAFL & SANFL) that actually provide stars year in year out to their League any publicity whatsoever!!

Fish.....have a word to a fella called Andy Krakouer.....I hear he's on the look out for a footy gig......though not too sure he would get a visa though......perhaps BH or Swandog could loan him their passports.....that's if they have one!! .....not too sure either of them have been outside the state of WA!
