Reno Gazette-Journal publisher John Maher told News 4 the obituary had been sent in online via the paper’s self-service submission, and that they are now investigating how it was published.

The publisher also confirmed that the obituary incorrectly listed Johnson-Reddick's date of death as September 30, 2013 but that she had recently passed away, Gawker reports.

The story has changed since I posted this. Nothing was written about the investigation. I just checked Safari's history and loaded the page again.

The West is certainly amazing Mike ..they are still sticking to their own story that Embley kicked the winning goal for Swans vs Peel a month ago when evryone at the game knows full well Bennell kicked it!!
