I have suddenly started getting email notifications of posts, does anyone know how to stop this.

Mate you must of ticked the box or by accident to be notified of replies to the topic in question. It is down the bottom of the post. e.g Subscribe

When you go into the message you were notified about you can unsubscribe from getting notifications..by unticking box.. or unsubscribing
