No, Collingwood Essendon Carlton Hawks Eagles and Crows and Probably Dockers and Cats get together negotiate a deal with the media - walk in and tell them what they want or they are out - how long would the AFL survive without them ???

When I win the 20 billion dollar first division lotto prize I will form this breakaway league....Swan Districts will be the first superclub and I will lure with massive cash incentive all current & future Claremont players away from that club until they fold...only then will I be happy!!!As for Richmond being a powerhouse, let's not give them so much credit. We don't want the Eagles to have such an easy excuse to fall back on. They got well beaten on their own dung heap by a club hoping to make the top eight. Unfortunately the glass ceiling appears to apply to Richmond and spot 9 is where they are at. Best of luck to them, I hope they prove me wrong....god help us all if they do and Caroline Wilson is still on the job. She's reason enough to form a breakaway league...just to get her off the telly.
