The Ruby Princess saga will not be going away any time soon. Good chance there will be an upcoming court case in the near future. And finding the truth will be difficult with the conflicting statements. Princess cruises (owned by Carnival) apparently was in dire financial mess before the current virus problems. The current pandemic has now simply made the company financials even worse. Not sure how the court claims bought about by some passengers will proceed. Apparently the lawyers are keen to take action against the Australian division of the company.
