Well done to George on the history making Swans medal.Looks really classy with the footy in his hands.

Great to see a fit and firing George bring his A game to SD this year.....also good to see Pickering like Wiley facilitated George some flexibility on the team training ethos front by getting the best out of the guy....I guess Monaghan didn't have the foresight to do so because he didn't want a wooden spoon on his coaching CV..... interesting coincidence tho both Wiley & Pickering won a spoon coaching the fella with that open mind set....each to their own I guess.

well done to George for winning the Swan medal. One of the very few recruits in the last 5 or 6 years who has added value to the club. He had an excellent season and his effort never dropped off even though the team was generally getting flogged.Lets hope he can become a 100 game player for Swans and that he gets a bit more support next year as it often seemed like he along with Riggio and Turner were propping up the midfield and trying to plug too many holes.
