The Swan Medal is on tonight, any thoughts Swans fans on who may win this years F&B award?
Personally I think it will be between Tony Notte, Jesse Turner, George Hampson, Corey Gault & Matt Riggio.
The Colts & Reserves winners will be harder to pick than a broken nose but possibly either Bain or Riley in the Ressies and Wallrodt, Pasini, Watson or Bright in the Colts but all missed games either through being promoted up to League/Reserves or through 18s commitments?

Will George become the first player in WAFL history to win the league F&B at 3 different clubs.

And therealswansman will be there to hand out bouquet’s to the lawnmower man, the fireman, the butcher, the baker and the candlestick maker.

I would have to get in before our shoe throwers.

That is a real possibility trs. If my foggy old memory is correct, his name was mentioned in the best players list many times. I think Hampson also was reported during the season and missed a couple of weeks? Of course Notte will also poll well in the F & B as he is instrumental to the team. Riggio and Turner will also be in the running. Those 4 players seem to be the standouts. And for everyone in attendance at the awards night could see history in the making if Hampson does win the fairest and best award.

Tony Notte would be my tip although I think Hampson and Turner will be up there as well.

Congrats to George on winning the Swan medal. 3x Fairest and bests at 3 different clubs. I don't think this has occurred before? One for the historians. He also jams it up those that said he would be trouble in the best way possible.

George Hampson on winning the 2019 Swan Medal becomes the first player in WAFL history to win a Fairest & Best award at three clubs. 11 others have won at two different clubs.

Hampson also becomes just the 4th player to win a F&B award at two different clubs in consecutive seasons after Laurie Bowen (WP 1942 & SD 1943), Frank Sparrow (EP 1952 & SD 1953) and Rory O'Brien (Peel 2010 & EF 2011)
