Congratulations Black Ducks on a good year. Plenty of positives and a lot to look forward to in season 2018. Most important the selection of coach is good one.

Have to say it was like kicking out a brother - after last week's farce against the frauds it was always going to see one of us depart
Full marks to the Swan Districts footy club for turning around it's fortunes this year via it's own hard work , we'll see you again next year

more like king hitting your brother....80pt drubbing says it all sadly....huge gap between the top 3 and the rest....and don't get folk started on the gap which exists between those top 3....LOL

Will be a rebuild again next year with half of our top end talent leaving the club...crucial we get the right coach in who can develop players as we ain't got any money to recruit

I just wanted to express my appreciation to Tallan Ames on a fantastic career. 260 odd games speaks for itself these days. Not being totally across his playing days it appeared from the times I saw him he was a true team man who would do anything for the jumper by either playing in the ruck, full back wherever he was needed. He was also a very good footballer in his own right and I'd be interested to know how many times he was suspended during all those games....not many if at all as he seemed very fair to me. Good luck in the future Tallan and thanks for the memories.
