I thought it would be appropriate to provide a forum for Swans' supporters to provide some POSITIVE feedback on our 2017 season thus far.

Please note i specifically said POSITIVE feedback. For those who may need to vent their spleen feel free to create a topic to provide an outlet for those comments.

Here are some positives:

For the first time I suspect since the incorporation of female teams in the club we have all 6 teams in the finals including 3 from 3 wins in the their respective grand finals.

Our league team has gone from last with ONLY 2 wins to 4th pale after the qualifying games.

We have brought back home grown players like Ellard, Gault et al who have performed admirably this year and should look forward to better seasons next year.

Potential draft picks in Stewart and Taylor.

Tony Notte's 200 games next Sunday.

Positives

The girls for sure

The weather has been a little more forgiving during the 2017 winter

A home ground final is great for the club's coffers and we get to celebrate one of our finest 200th on the day

Without doubt the most positive thing at the club this year has been our colts who no matter where the season takes them from here I believe they have seriously overachieved with a very young squad and 70+ players blooded during the year

and last but not least the banning of the flog that kept bombarding our SD board here on Ozfooty...let's hope we've seen the end of him

The first half of the season, one highlightted by the victory over SF. The recritment done for this season, which in the long run, should provide the club with some depth. The making of the finals, a feat, which should not be forgotten.

Surely BH can provide something POSITIVE to post here?

1. The win over SF in round 2 which developed belief in the team
2. The comeback win over East Perth at Leederville
3. The strong win over East Perth at Bassendean mid season when we were in a bit of a slump
4. Tallen Ames putting on that hat to the cheers of supporters after wins
5. Hopefully the best is yet to come this Sunday
Overall a darn sight better than 2016.

Clancee Pearce back in the black and white jumper next year. Chris Yarran if he does a full pre season as well. Ryan Davis has only played 2 AFL games this year. Dont know if he's been injured or not but I'd be on the phone right away if he does get de listed.
