Mikeh things wont get any better for Rudy if Stavros takes over the reins from Harding either.....how long has Harding got do you reckon?....SD finished 4th in 14 with a young side, 6th in 15 with a young side and most likely 8/9th in 16 with a young side.......yep injuries havent helped but sounds like Elari like Nelson, Ridley, Houghton et al wont be the last to leave Steel Blue if the current coach remains......perhaps Crowley might come back in 2017 as captain coach.....wonder if SD will have to reimburse Woosha if that happens

I think there is no benefit to changing coach at this stage of the season. The season is shot for us so Harding should be given the rest of the year to see what he can do in terms of development of players. If there seems to be some improvement towards the end of the season then they may consider an extension for him. I am totally unconvinced about Malaxos as Senior Coach after his work at East Fremantle. If they decide to replace Harding at the end of the year I would be looking at other options. Crowley would be a risk with no experience.

Noticed Harding was coaching from the bench yesterday. A sure sign we are struggling with effort, application, confidence & understanding....think its the first time I've seen him at ground level.

Why Alby was not selected is a mystery when Yukich was going up against one of the better ruckmen in the league. Need blokes like Alby that read it off hands so well in those circumstances. Understand Yuke took a big hit yesterday which would have made it even harder for him to combat Graham. Hope he learnt a few things on the day against his opponent who is a quality footballer at WAFL level.

Did Faulkner go head to head with Clint Jones yesterday??? would explain the 47 pozzies as Faulks tends to play a free roaming role much like Jones. Not a good look if head to head on the day! 47 is a lot of ball.

Gonna be an ugly cold winter and I'm glad I didn't venture out to Lathlain and waste $50 going by what I saw on the telly. Perth looked hungry running on top of the ground whilst our blokes looked like they weren't interested. Only bright note was another solid performance by Anstey who seems to be the only player out there yesterday who has genuinely improved from last season's seniors list.

I don't mind parting with my hard earned to watch WAFL footy...unfortunately my mob are playing a brand right now that is hard to justify paying to watch...having said that I'm a tragic and will see more than I miss from here to season's end

In fairness to Raponi if it was at a $ubi game he would have known full well the raffle money wouldnt have gone anywhere near the juniors! :)

Don't blame him, Bretts old man probably contributed to the "Save the Lions" campaign back in 81 like my old man did and the likelihood of he or I contributing again is near on zero!!!
