Noticed in todays paper the last surviving Sean Districts player from 1934 passed away last Thursday. Andrew Zilko played 111 games for Swan Districts after making his debut in round 8 of 1934. He also played State football. He lived to the age of 102 years.

If he had played for Footscray, North Melbourne or any other VFL team it would have made the news. Our great WAFL history doesn't matter anymore.
