Grassroots made a comment on the WP v SD Thread about it.

It is still only early but Greg Hardings performance thus far has been superb and im quite happy to admit i thought it was wrong at the time to extend his contract late last year.With the high paid players moving on and none coming in I believe he's being more honest with each individual and therefore the entire squad. It's of my opinion that he'd lost the respect of some players last year but at the moment the players are without doubt buying in. I've been down to 3 of the 5 games and have been super impressed with his address to the players at each break. You can really see the players belief in what he is telling them. If this continues then our future is extremely bright considering our colts are having their best season since the Natanui,Garlett,Yarran,Walters era.
