Even though its not for another week yet, congratulations to Tallan Ames, who next will play his 200th game for Sean Districts. Also to Graham Jetta who will play his 100th game next week.

Ames has reached a good milestone there. Apparently has played all his footy at Swan Districts. I hope he goes on to play another 200.

Apologies for an error in my original message. Ryan Davis plays his 100th game this week. Graham Jetta will play his 100th in 9 games.

Tallan will without doubt go down as a legend of the club. I will never forget his celebration when getting his premiership medal in 2010. Does anyone know if he was ever looked by an AFL club?

Noticed that on the WAFL Online SD had some milestones comming up or passed now.. Well done to all these guys.

Good luck to Tallan for his 200th game on Saturday and also to Ryan Davis for his 100th. Two great servants of the club. There is an interesting article on the WAFC website where Tallan has opened up a bit about the motivation that Swans have used this year and a lot of it has been to do with coming up against the players who have left the club and gone to other WAFL teams or other Swans players who have returned from interstate and signed with another club. So based on this you would expect them to once again be highly motivated against Subiaco given the presence of Twomey and Hildebrant.

In the middle of the article when talking about Ryan Davis , Tallan said "He is super pumped for this weekend. There has been some information given to him over the pre-season that will fire him up against Subiaco this week and we look forward to him controlling that, and applying it in a positive matter for the team,"

Thats interesting..... wonder what that information could be?

Yep - congrats Amesy , great achievement in getting your Double Century mate

This 200 games for Amesy includes the 1 who cares cup game (Foxtel cup) in 2011, his 200th WAFL game is v East Freo, and 200th senior game was last week including state games, so he gets 3 x 200 game games in a row haha. Great stuff from a the best fullback in the comp

congrats to Ames and his achievement......consistently providing for his team quality 100% performances each week.....obviously not good enough to command a AFL spot, due most probably to his lack of KP height.....saying that he would be a pretty good 3rd tall defender in a few AFL sides.....doesn't matter really in the end.....he's done you SD boys proud and that is all that counts I guess......

and a cracking bloke to boot...all the best to him on his 200th, lets hope the boys play out of their skin against the might of Subi and notch up a win so Tallan can celebrate his milestone in style
