Simmo must be almost a shoe in to play state footy this year if his form continues I reckon!! He has been in scintillating form and I think Amesy must be a shoe in for state captaincy too, both have had fantastic seasons to date and lets hope it continues

Yes mate a real team effort with everyone playing for the jumper and not themselves. Ugle has been fantastic in defence, Ricky is having a blinder and having fun, Jukesy is a gem and gives everything of himself and Boeky today opened up the game with his pace at times and is an excitement machine, lots to like about the ducks!

Not knocking his form or value to our team but I'd much rather see Alex Howard in the team

Not knocking his form or value to our team but I'd much rather see Alex Howard in the team

He is one of the premier defenders in the comp this year mate, and I don't think your correct with the slow tag, he has a good footy brain and was in our best 3 last week and the week before. Howard needs to be more consistent to earn a birth, Simmo has earnt his IMO

I'm definitely not trying to bag him its just the IMO he'd be too slow and may not be suited in another team. Of like our state team to be picked with up and comers in the side with the hope that they may get drafted. Couldn't care less if we won or lost! It's not really a state team anyway when former eastern staters can get picked.
