Hildebrandt and Twomey two of the best for Subi.

Bit disappointing that Subi are again getting to the top on a spend up facilitated by the continued ridiculous payments from the use of Subi oval.

Subi did a number on the WAFC as big in size as the the number the Victorian Football Commission did on the WAFC.

Who was running things back then? The mind boggles.

I am putting that down as a win today in an uneven playing field, we played the better footy for the majority of the game until the rain came and the bigger AFL bodies and fitness took its toll, even a feral East Perth fan said to me at QT that we were a real team unlike his lot, great effort boys and like Harding said at 3QT know one has shown us any respect in the off season but we have shown something today against a team with 15 AFL listed players in it.
I have seen Subi v South last week, Sth v Pth last night and today and our best footy was as impressive as any of the others. We wont be easy beats like all those ill informed muppets in the media predicted!!
But today also showed up what a farce this season will become

Most put us down as wooden spooners and some put EP up as undefeated Premiers. Like most teams playing against EP this year, it was our grand final today, I suspect that after such a big effort we'll get rolled by Peel Thunder next week.

Bloody shame the Duckies didn't knock that unauthentic bunch of imposters back their dump, where is it, Leederville or Lathlain. Well done Duckies.

I'm peeved off SD fell in a hole late in the game.....was a dead cert for a clean sweep in my tipping.....more disappointed in SD for letting EP claw their way back in the game.....and that Notte didn't kick me a few goals!!

Yep, very proud of the boys today.

Great to see kids like Faulkner, Boekhorst and Conner Blakely really stand up and be influential.

Kids like Nathan Blakely and Brent Latch battled hard against bigger and more experienced players and just didn't give up.

Then you have the more experienced like Davis, Elari, Riggio, Rogers, Ames and Simpson turning it on.

Even the lesser players showed good signs at time. Our ball movement was very good and we did well in stoppages.

It's not often you have a loss and not only struggle to find negatives but can see so many positives.
