yes i saw it. was a great interview with beasley.
i visited the old western oval (whitten oval) about 3 months ago and i just sat behind the goals there by myself and visualized simon beasley, doug hawkins, brian royal etc running around there. it was a great little moment for a footy purist. i was in no hurry to leave so i just sat there for god knows how long. the ground has changed but all the old stands are still there. what amazed me was it was on a cold wednesday afternoon and the bulldogs "cafe" was packed with people. anyway i am getting side tracked.
beasley was a very good full forward. respected him plenty
