It perhaps should be stated that Percy still attends the Swans' games, from the colts onwards. Whilst I have a great deal of respect for Percy and it is unfortunate what has happened there it says a lot that he still watches us in preference to any other WAFL club.

Macattack you mentioned that talent was the reason we beat Perth; could you please explain the reason why we beat Claremont on Saturday?

I was actually there to watch the game and it was a great win!

Winners all over the ground and great to see Tony Notte have a real break out match.

As I have mentioned previous, with the experience and talent on the list (most purchased adding to our financial problems) at the top end we should be winning most games.

Most supporters only care about wins and losses. The fact is that the current wins and losses and I think our likelihood of going very close to winning th comp does not mean we should not be making big changes to the football department who in management terms are a shambles. Getting success from living off the top end fruits of an out of control spending spree from previous disgraced administration.

The premiership might come but the mess left over may not be worth it, but the football department doesnt care about that.

No MacAttack you can't get away with the above comments scot free. Name the supposed recruits you are talking about and please don't have the gall to mention Twomey, Roach, Geappen. As for the ridiculous comment about Notte having a 'real break out match', where have you been in the last couple of years?

Whilst I am less than impressed with our financial loss of a couple of years ago and there has justifiably been a change in personnel on the board and an increased focus on our spending I am hard pressed to see how our recruiting of players was the primary cause of those losses.

Just in case you suggest that I have an affiliation with any of the directors involved during the time we incurred the losses I can say unequivocal I have had any link with any of the directors of that board.

Mac you have lost it this time. The current football dept since 2010 have made massive cuts to spending and have still kept a competitive group together. The spending was a carry over from 2010 you fool.
