SH  you might want to watch the replay, O’Donohue wasn’t on Stubbs in that first quarter, Hilton was.

Whne O’Donohue went on Stubbs he shut him out of the game. Sure Stubbs kicked a goal late in the last quarter, Junk time!

O’Donohue did  a great job on him.

I have been interstate so I wasn't able to attend but looking at the highlights it seemed like Swans pretty much did as they liked with token opposition. Great bag of goals for Kohlmann just  before finals, I assume Tom Edwards got concussed during the game which is why people are saying he will be out for 2 to 3 weeks
Another trip to Mandurah next week, not sure whether the Dockers elimination will be a positive or negative for Swans. I know they can only play 12 AFL listed guys but it will depend on how motivated they are given their senior team is heading for Bali
Whatever happens Swans need to come up with a different plan to what they normally produce down in crab city

100% Mike!!!

Not sure we can change too much on what has got us to this point but we can’t afford to be attacking from our back half  and with slow indirect ball movement because an imbalance in the i50 count will ultimately result in defeat.

Swans must up their contest game and then also bring a greater intensity to create turnovers fwd of Centre and through the midfield which then result in scoring opportunities.

East Perth have shown in the past fortnight that the best contest and territory team will the one to beat.

Both O'Donohue and Hilton played on Stubbs in the first quarter, and he beat them both. Granted Jim, O'Donohue played well on Stubbs for the rest of the game.

Pleasing on the weekend was McLachlan finding more of the football. When he plays well SD play well.

Lynch is the one we need finding form and hitting the scoreboard also. We are lacking that 3rd and 4th scoring option.

Very true. He has done little over the last few weeks, but good games by him were a big part of the unbeaten run.

Peel has 13 Fremantle players qualified to play finals and have applied to the WAFC to allow Sebit Kuek to be allowed to play. I'm guessing he's played one short of the minimum 6 required.
Get on your bike.
It was Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve.

that would be because the WAFC allowed him one mid-season reserves game for East Perth

they'll probably go for Oscar McDonald as well knowing that lot of rabble

and duly - the rabble expected two more (McDonald & Kuek) to be playing and therefore tried to get 15 VFL 'ers into the finals

They've been granted 13 apparently - yet to be totally confirmed
