Not sure how Kohlman, Howard or Erceg get back in this team as we’ve been far superior without them and the style that allows us to play. Erceg is a zoning defender which teams exposed early season, Howard is past his best and not to the standard of Collins and Kohlmans presence clearly has an impact on Edwards and also GM. Stephens coming in has only solidified the back 6.

While on this run players coming back from any layoff should come back through the 2’s and only come in when injury occurs or form warrants selection.

A great opportunity to instill some standards that have long been missing at the club and if the senior players get on board it can only be good for the team/club.

Good move by the club to have a junior day yesterday as well as the 'Count me in" Theme with the integrated game being played after the league fixture. It was a decent crowd for a Sunday. Very few Eagles supporters there. The goals they scored were met with a polite smattering of applause followed by deathly silence. Not sure why the WAFC decided that it would be a good idea for this game to clash with the AFL encounter. Maybe the Eagles requested it?There was a small cheer squad in attendence the last time we played them in March but they obviously decided that Optus Stadium was the place to go

The Eagles asked for the game to be played at 10am. Swans said no as they had their annual Count Me In lunch, as well as celebrating 50 years since Max George scored the club record 14 goals in a match against West Perth.
