Swans nearly kicked themselves out of the game in the 2nd Quarter with 2-8 but won the game in the 3rd quarter with a 4 goal to zero burst, then withstood a brave comeback by the Falcons in the final term. Great contributions from Hewitt, Humphries, Reidy and Germs amongst lots of others.

Congrats on the GF win boys....SD keep producing the talent. 

Well done in the win to the players and coaches, under a lot of pressure early and bad kicking looked like it would come back to bite us.
Apart from Hutchings both sides featured a lot of up and coming players who can hopefully eastablish themselves in league footy.
Well done to Hutchings, despite his injuries he is still a bloke who gives it his all.
Thought Germs was best then Reidy Hewett Humphries and Collins.
Hadn’t seen much of Fitzgerald but he was great and Cox kicked 2.4 and was everywhere, been at th club 4 years and not sure what his story is but he showed pace and some talent.
Seems we have got a good player from Norwood tho still nothing from the club on outs

That would be Nik Rokahr. Been runner up in the SANFL Magarey Medal two years in a row and won Norwood's Fairest and Best award a few days ago. Two links below from the Norwaood FC website about him.

MO Cox has been out injured but came in as a replacement for the injured Zolnier-Owens after the WP defender crudely took him out after taking a mark in the 2nd Semi Final.
