So what happened after the 20 minute mark in the 2nd quarter?....up by 22 with not long to go till half time......WP goes bang bang bang......go into half time leading by 5 pts....WTF.....Monaghan must of been surely pissed off......more so with that goalless 3rd quarter.....still not out of it in the last.....but another 6 goals from WP ices the game.....well done WP.....

Colts with their state boys back, beat another finals bound colts team in WP....that is SD, Peel and WP all put to the sword now.....pity EF 2nd tier Colts boys couldn't find a win in their absence to keep EF colts in the finals hunt.....EF reserves need to win their remaining 2 games to keep their finals aspirations alive......any reason why Sharp and Murphy keep getting league games and the likes of Luke Jackson and Trent Rivers can't?....I know I keep banging on about, but if Colts boys are getting picked....surely the latter two kids would offer as much....dare I say even more than the former two?....not saying or wanting to play all four.....but why not have a look at what the latter 2 can do for a change, if colts boys are getting selected.

...need a win or two from EF remaining 3 to finish off the season on a positive....could easily win back to back spoons with that SD win over WCE yesterday.....

I can only assume that Sharp and Murphy are being picked because they're in the best 22. And Rivers and Jackson aren't. Can't imagine Bill being the type to gift games so maybe Rivers and Jackson aren't playing well enough to push others out. Jackson is up against Griffin and Strnadica so that's probably why. Don't know much about Rivers but don't think he's a 1st or 2nd round draft pick so maybe he's not ready for Seniors. Sharp and Murphy have been ok- Sharp was good against Peel, Murphy been quiet last couple after a promising debut.

Another missed opportunity. What a frustrating year it's been. Yes, we're now competitive but these are the type of games that we need to start winning. Played good, hard footy for a 1/4 and a bit before lapsed and WP got back into the game. Arm wrestle for the 3rd and a shoot out in the last.
Usual suspects were good- thought Baskerville was excellent down back. Think we still need to add to a our position posts- Back and Forward.

I only got to hear the last half, but at the end of the day, it was easier listening than it has been for years.
Errors must be a concern to Bill Mona though. Bit sad if our improvement this year could still earn us another wooden spoon.
