It was the worst game of the season so far. Not that I have seen all WAFL games this season mind you - but surely nothing dished up elsewhere could come close to this. Actually this must be the poorest in the history of the competition.

Whilst Swans impotency was a contributing factor - our defence holding the opposition to 3 goals should be mentioned first. Jupp lead the way again with Zac Jacksonn and Morgan Davies as always providing good support.

Big Griff dominated the ruck and both Jansen and Eardley cannot be faulted and led the way in the middle sans messrs Kommer . Baskerville was satisfactory, Bennett took a while to get into stride but lifted in the last Qrt. Tassone was quite composed throughout a match riddled with skill errors and poor decision making.

Forward line struggled as Swans dominated the air in this part of the ground aided by our poor delivery and lack of desire to take the game on or play with any directness.

Cheers Ti Em and KC.....sounds like EF got dragged down to SD current standard....especially since v Cl a fortnight ago, EF played some decent footy to get within 10 pts...be nice to get a win over Peel next week, they seem to have this knack of pipping us at the post.

Is Lester Smith far away, his kicking is usually on the money...sounds like delivery is EF greatest concern...also having Loersch back might help too

skills has been a concern for many years & it has to be addresses if we want to rise up the ladder & play finals

loersch has a back problem - i think it is stress fractures & will miss the rest of the season
