Well, it doesn't get much bigger than this for East Fremantle. The team listing will be interesting. Just hope the ins that are selected to play be fit, otherwise the Sharks will go down the gurgler rather quickly. The weather forecast is looking like rain and windy conditions. Apparently a maximum temperature of only 15 degrees.

EP then Peel will be EF "reward" for making the finals...... talk about taking one for the comp......Wiley will be doing wonders if he can turn around that 99 pt debacle last week......bit like Cheika and the Wallabies this weekend in Wellington.....could get awfully messy!

Despite the fact our care factor for the Wallabies and rugby in general outside of NSW/QLD is virtually non existent Freeze I dare say you might be on the end of a few barbs over there in enzed at the minute!!

Yeah very much so BH, but I just smile and say the AB's are fantastic, Aust deserved the hammering and TBH just another strong indicator that Union as a sport in Aust is dying due to other sports in AFL, NRL,A-League and NBA attracting the good kids..even more so when GWS win a flag, Sydney will no longer be a Union city.....

..the kiwi's hate it when I say Union is a fringe sport over here.....can't wait till the day the Bledisoe cup is played between an AB A and B side, the kiwi's will have no one to bash but each other!!.......touch wood the wallabies continue their miserable form and expedite the process faster

Well it all comes down to this Sat for that "coveted" 5th spot..EF or EP?...no doubt the WAFL will be hoping EP win the spoils, thus pleasing their AFL masters. Be a nightmare if EF were to roll EP and then Peel the following week, the AFL masters wouldn't be happy with that at all.

EF need a huge huge turn around, whilst EP pushed SF all the way and realistically a repeat of that performance....even 70% of that performance should get EP over the line. Obviously JMac is out, will a few heads roll after that 99 pt insipid debacle?... though with rain forecasted who knows what the selectors will do. Stephen surely must come back for his experience and close checking, whilst Hampson if fit, is a no brainer to return and I guess Perham after kicking 14 goals in the past 2 weeks.

Does Wiley refresh things up by rewarding some of the younger guys playing consistent good footy in the reserves such as Regan,Bennett and Hooker or bring back other youngsters recently dropped in Franklin and Perry? I guess EP will need to replace Nic Nat with a tall like Giles and Mackenzie to help cover Adelaide's tyro of tall forwards?One can only hope EP mix n match squad won't have the same passion/desire as EF "home" squad when it comes to the crunch of wanting to playing finals footy.....TBH though some of EF performances have been very disappointing, their back half of the season more so. A lot of talk about regrouping etc....just would like this lot to walk the talk and deliver some good footy when needed.....which is now!

Heart says EF, head says EP....who ever wins has a tough ask v Peel he following week though, especially if they, as expected, push hard for finals success and pump their side full of Freo listed qualified players.....

Good luck to the EF colts on their push for a finals berth too....their last few weeks have been surprising with good wins over Cl and Perth. The side appears settled at present and will need to be on song if they are to beat EP. Be interesting for such a crucial match if EP drop back the likes of wright and Powell-Pepper to get the job done.

Strono are you on the selection panel or just Nostradamus!!!???? It looks like you got most of your predictions right or perhaps the selectors read your post!!

How does an x afl player who has only touched the pill 25 times total in the last 4 games keep playing?
