Bit nervous about this one. The auld enemy is looking pretty powerful atm. Still, it is a derby - anything could happen.

Love the old history that has been wheeled out this week for this game.

Both line ups look strong, surprised Stokes has been dropped, thought his height and mobility could come in handy v SF forwards....good to see Fletcher back thou 198cm and developong nicely from all accounts. Ellis up front takes some heat off Watson hopefully, would be nice to see Watson kick a bag in his first derby.....SF zip always gets EF tho, good to see Simpson settling in, touch wood a big crowd brings the best out of the kid.

All 3 games look quality affairs, hopefully the crowd is a good un, be interesting to see if the away teams unbeaten run in the derbycomes to an end on Sat...

Yep was there that day, great day, it was a special anniversary of 79 GF, also lots of top players on show, Bell, Farmer etc.

I'm looking forward to this one and might even mosie down to the shit hole for a look. if souths give the gummies a touch up then we can reasonably say they're the real deal in 2016.
