Reckon Perth might appoint him as an assistant coach next season.
It wouldnt surprise me one bit, this club of mine tends to make head scratching decisions year in and year out!

Getting into unchartered waters for the Sharks (pardon the pun). If the Demons beat them on Saturday they will have lost 13 consecutive games. Scrolling down the records on Rics fantastic site this appears to have happened on only 3 occasions in this clubs long and proud history. 1898, 1968 and 1970. No East Fremantle team has ever lost more than 13 in a row from what I can see. Oh well if they lose this weekend they will have plenty of time to regroup to prevent number 14 ;)

Mikeh come Sat mate, there will be 3 other teams besides EF having plenty of time to regroup and ponder over their failed 2015 season.....in all reality their should be 4 other teams besides EF.....but hey if the WAFL want to reward mediocity than so be it......one way to keep the season alive I guess for the fans......touch wood the WP v Cl game goes down to the wire and attracts a good crowd......but I guess that will be a formality with all the WP fans going and apparently a few million SD fans as well.........good luck to both the SD & Cl fans for Sat......Tigers for me, its been a big effort to recover their season from a 0/5 start, I think on that effort alone they deserve a finals bash......

Difference being only 1 of those 4 sides was tipped by most media pundits too not only play finals footy but too win the flag and at the very worst play off in the GF ...and this from being 5-2 at round 7! :pinch:

You dont have to remind me BH that EF have failed miserably this season, totally accept that they have....but come on mate these pundits who picked EF for a GF were probably the same ones you have slagged off all season for saying EF midfield was the best outside the AFL........anyway any team that fails to play finals has failed TBH....it aint calculated over one game but over 20.....thus plenty of opportunity to right any wrongs.......something EF have failed to do and whoever finishes in 6th position has failed to do as well......was gonna say 5th possie as well but mediocrity rears its ugly head sadly.....

Sharks need some strong leadership from the top. Dodd needs a full pre season to make his changes. Remember back to the root cause of the whole catastrophe - leadership group . I hope Dodd or the new coach set some firm standards , and remind this group who runs the club. Well done to young on a good career. Brennan, Symons and howkett won't be back according to the rumour mill. Hope they recruit some quick pace mid fielders who can kick the ball properly , or at least just kick it, instead of this damn handball crap they dish up. The club has a good crop of 20-60 gamers and some good young undo coming up. Just hope they have someone good to lead. Believe another ex bulldog being courted to join the board ? Might help the transition to Fremantle oval ? Arrghh!! I hope the Sharks find the will this weekend and salvage a good win to end a miserable 3 months

They will also equal their longest losing streak at East Fremantle Oval too
