Maybe he needs to get into the players a bit more.. more yelling, screaming & spitting then the players might respond to his outbursts..

The juice is that McHale is the front runner but may wait for the end of season to take over rather than as an interim.

Don't think Micale would be the right fit, his coaching style is along similar lines to Malaxos. Better candidates out there for mine in Watters and Harris. Sorry Freezin don't share your opinions of the 18s players , from what have seen they are a way off league representation. Bennett might be the closest but we are not short of mids.

so I guess we just persist with what we have then observer......nothing wrong with blooding one or two here and there to add some energy into what is looking like a stagnating ship......disagree with Bennett though, he looked very average in that state game v SA on sat......

I reckon Snadden will be the only EF boy drafted TBH.....only a handful of WA boys will get drafted this year I reckon.....can see the likes of Bennett, Cronan and Harrold pushing for EF league games next year if anything......Dodd needs to respark a few current players goal kicking tallies by the seasons end if EF are gonna make the five....stick a few youngsters in to renergise things.......

Mayby the change of coach and message is all thats needed reenergise them.
Dodd will cast a new pair of eyes over the whole thing and just tweek a couple of things.
There are a few boys who need a spell in the ressies.
However apart from Scliecher, Ellis, Franklin Cuneo I dont think he has a lot to work with. However while the ressies will struggle all year for depth the above 4 is enough yo keep the legue boys honest
I agree with Observer re the young colts. They are a season away to be honest.

Hardly a stagnating ship, improve the skill level and ball movement for a start. The new coach I am sure will address this. Bennett was WA's best 2 weeks ago v SA at Lathlain, nothing more consistent than inconsistent young footballers. When and if the seasons shot I am sure the club will experiment with players and decide on who has a future at the level and who does not. Let's show some faith in Schleicher ,Ellis, Stokes, Cuneo,Fletcher and Regan, these guys would be lucky to have played 30 league games between them. League footy ain't that easy but I am sure if Snadden and co are up to it they will get a chance.

some of our players disposals under pressure are poor....subi exposed those guys plenty of times
opposite disposal by foot or hand do not exist when this happens and turnovers happen...which resulted in multiple goals on the weekend

can the coaching staff please work on these guys at training on this very issue and we could see more wins on the board

If players cant use their opposite side by now I'm afraid its too late.

We have multiple players who cannot use their opposite foot at all...and it aint hard to tell which ones they are.
