Good to see a win on the board and 3 from 3 to boot.

Ressies keep on doing well and colts got a very handy win. Good to see Foster playing the young guys to get them ready for next season as we'll struggle to make the 4 when the rest of the teams get their state boys back. Might be lean year for draftees with Cripps and Bourne the only real chances atm.

The league boys need to beat South in 2 weeks to stay in touch otherwise it's back to playing catch up.

Well done to Stevo on 100 games - A great effort and well deserved for working so hard and never giving up - here's to another 100+
If EF keep woring as hard as him the finals are well and truly achievable

cheers for that Chopper......like players like Stephen, just do there thing with the minimum of fuss. Can anyone tell us how Tim Bristow went?....saw he racked up some decent stats on the weekend, came over from the Tassie top league with a F&B comp medal a few years back and 140 odd league games for Launceston(?) under his belt.....had an injury interrupted preseason from all reports, been churning out in the seconds of late and rewarded with a league 'debut' v Perth yesterday.....another bleedin midfielder though LOL!!

Always great to win, but was it more Perth's bad fortune than EF good fortune? Trust Morton to come into goalkicking form v EF  .....great to see the reserves keep performing and the colts come from behind to beat Perth.

Understand a bit now the pain the SD boys went through watching their young colts get hammered most weeks....EF youngsters are definitely keeping their own against the outside four teams.....though big gap between them and the top four teams.....up to 15 guys can play for EF next year in colts...got to get some game time in them......good to see Foster give them a run and hopefully they can replicate what SD colts are doing by doing the hard yards early and now enjoying the rewards....to be 4/4 at this stage of the season is an outstanding effort from EF youngsters....

Tim Bristow - great debut, big bodied midfielder, brings others into the game, does the 1%'s.

cheers for that Custy.....perhaps Razzle Dazzle can be played as a goalkicking half forward flanker now that Bristow has jumped into EF midfield....someone has got to kick EF goals!!

i know its a bit late but lets not forget james 'the count' Bristow....tall, big body, can mark and kick, brings other players into the game with his aerial contests & intimidating
with rising confidence he could be one of the comps most dangerous big men

rain, hail or shine he needs to be playing every week!
