Whilst a bummer to lose a game,especially a derby grateful to cut down the losing margin so atleast our % didn't get hammered. Gonna be close I reckon come the end of the H&A games, % will be a key. Surely there are a few fellas needing a spell in the reserves next up v EP.

For height Chartres needs to come in, whilst fellas like Hooker,Schofield,Regan and Green need to be looked at. Ellis has kicked two bags of five,whilst young needs to b given a go.......EF need goals and fellas like Williamson,LesterSmith surely need to do that if they want a league berth. Big ask v EP big boys but Young and Bristow need to stand up. EP are beatable and EF midfield need to step up from early on in the game.....

Being able to kick a goal followed by FOUR qtrs. of footy would be a good start!!!

Have noticed East Fremantle's kicking has been a bit wayward. Not forgetting it's still early in the season. Thus far this season they've scored 59 goals and 60 minors which is not a good conversion rate.

Played very well against Peel the game before and then put that rubbish together. In saying that we had our chances. Bourne running into an open goal would have made it very interesting...not to mention the his other one on the run earlier in the game a few others with set shots which were not difficult at all. SF on the other hand nailed them from more difficult angles. They deserved the win but we certainly had our chances in the last to steal it. As they say bad kicking is bad football.

Schofield, Edwards & Hooker all doing nothing wrong in the ressies and deserve a go. Williamson, Boyle & Eardley all had shockers. Ellis for Perham or Lester-Smith???

Malaxos is on shaky ground. Vibe not good after the game.

EP is going to be bloody tough.

Rock....reckon Stavros is gonna have to get EF into the finals minimum to keep his job......gonna be competitive this year, so Malaxos is definitely gonna have to pull something out of the bag......time will I guess.

revamp of forward line already with Howlett and Chartres to the two KP up front.....Howlett to FF could be a good move.....not too sure about Chartres, rather have him up back against EP resting talls up front. I'd have Lester-Smith as a roaming CHF, try to get him into the game and kick some goals.

Hooker deserves a gig, playing consistent footy in the seconds.....rather him playing than Williamson.....gotta keep Bourne for that zip and X factor, yeah he will go missing and stuff up, but off a HFF or in a FP he could be damaging. The mids will certainly need to be on their game from the first bounce.....once again EF will be reliant on the likes of Dalziell, Henson and ROB to kick a couple of goals.....Young and Bristow need to compete v Johnson et al.....game EF can win.....actually need to win.....

Poor old Steve would be in 2 minds of thought this evening. He'd be most happy with the first half and the last quarter which shows East Fremantle do have the goods. However he'd be lost to explain what happened in the third quarter. Had East Fremantle not gone to sleep during the third term, they'd have the four premiership points in the bag.

second week on the trot a slow start has cost EF the 4 pts......not kicking a goal in the 1st and 3rd didn't help EF cause from the sounds of it.....you reap what you sow and EF are definitely reaping shite at the present....

....too many years now EF have stocked up on mids and really have been burnt not having a tall target/s up front.....Peake and Lester-Smith have saved their arses by kicking 6 goals between them in the last......ONCE again it's EF mids and defence keeping the end result closer than really what is should be.....

....still mystified as to why EF didn't play another tall....dropped Bristow, leaving Young and Chartres to ruck against Sinclair and Johnson.....two non ruckmen v two recognised ruckmen....FMD.....EF have no height and that's what hurt them today,last week,, next week and the last 5 - 10 years.....somebody at the club needs to address it.....

whilst the alignment is part and parcel of where the WAFL is heading....interesting to see that EP WCE freebies kicked 9 or their 11 goals....three of those boys were playing at other WAFL clubs last year and they kicked 8 of the 11.....kudos to EP for kicking the goals though and doing what they had to do, goals win games of footy .....as for EF, really can't see them turning their season around without a decent tall target/s up front....too many midfielder types needed to kick goals....

great to see young Brandon Ellis kick his 3rd five for on the trot in the reserves....Perham kicked five too, at last finding a bit of form.....still reckon changes need to happen, but they won't.....wonder what the vibe is like around the club tonight Rock?

hmmmmmmmmmm um well ..... you cannot go goalless at one end & hope to win , doesn't matter who plays where in all truth .... apart from that - I got nuthin' !!!

you got nuthin southerner, EF got nuthin down one of the ground, I got nuthin in my tips.........AND Hill, McInness and Sinclair got 72% of EP score today......not a bad investment for EPFC this alignment lark....can see the benifets of it now.....kudos to EP for thinking outside the box....why develop some goal kickers when you can get them for nuthin!!
