Looks like shit. Went into Fremantle today for lunch and drove past and took some not so happy snaps for shark supporters. And what I asked myself was, would you fit 1000 spectators in here? Nothing but sand on a bank next to the bowling green and at the opposite pocket to the pissy little grandstand is a bank covered in what has to be astro turf. It's too perfect to be grass. Just look at the oval. Farrrk.

The surface looks perfectly fine to hold a motorcross event……. but maybe not so good to host a WAFL premiership points game.
