Well done to your blokes. They were very good today and gave our guys a lesson in desperation and commitment once they realised it was game on. A good win against a very disappointing Subi.

Well done to the Sharkies they comprehensively outplayed us from mid second qtr onwards. After halftime they played high risk high reward footy and didn't it pay off handsomely, 12 unanswered goals from late 2nd qtr to early last qtr was a great effort. They selected a pretty tall team and we were continuously out marked, save for Heal down back who was probably our best. They picked off our short passes in the corridor time and time again, were prepared to run of their opponents to win the footy which created the overlap and kicked so many running goals, it was a very good brand of footy, but must be frustrating for the EF people to know how well they can play but not do so on a regular basis, but given that performance they have plenty to work with for next season.

Just love it when Perth numpties get on here and bag Subi when we have a bad day, good luck to you, enjoy it, but maybe they should be more concerned with their own team and what looks like an impending take over by WC.

Great to see the Subi boys come on here with their congrats and positive comments......been a long time coming that EF win over Subi.

EF really need to back it up with a similar performance v EP next week.....bit disappointed Southerner hasn't come on here and pass on his congratulations for helping keep his team SF in the race for top spot....LOL.

Can't blame the Perth boys for popping up here SS, gotta find any distraction from their current on and off field mess, mate......gonna be awfully quiet around Oz Footy if Perth do align with WCE.....Wonder if a few of them will jump aboard the Buffalo and Cody train, pretty sure 58 will provide the Perth posters with the odd free pass to the EF thread, out of empathy, if Shields decides to get into bed with Trevor.

You hit the nail on the head there SS, frustrating certainly is the word.  Seeing a result like this certainly lifts the spirit and hopes for next year, however I for one won’t be getting a head of myself with this result.

Hasn’t been mentioned that Eardley was also a late withdrawal and Bockman went down early as well. Interestingly, Teakle came in for Eardley- wonder if that extra tall caught Subi out. Though he didn’t have a huge impact- Dixon, Marsh and O’Reilly did
