Premier Mark McGowan and local member Lisa O'Malley MLA hosted their Saturday Social in East Fremantle today.

We were all very excited to hear that a re-elected McGowan Labour government will fund $20 million towards the redevelopment of the East Fremantle Oval Precinct, creating a community facility for people of all ages and interests.

The redeveloped facility will maximise opportunities for the local community to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle, and create a new community hub that will become a key destination for a wide range of activities.
The revitalised $26 million precinct is proposed to be complete by the end of 2023 and will offer;
- Adventure Playground
- Community Hall
- Outdoor Hard Courts
- Skate Park
- Dog Exercise Area
- Community Garden
- Amphitheatre
- updated facilities for East Fremantle Football Club, East Fremantle Croquet Club, East Fremantle Bowling Club and East Freo Playgroup Inc.

$20 mill of tax payers money, good get for EF council and the EFFC, should be a superb facility if it's anything like the 3d images.
