Just had to get a couple of months worth of it out of my system - yes better late than never choo choo choo
And besides the old WAFL site was necked due to them not wanting negative publicity or possibly god forbid truth coming out , took me a while to get here (hahaha)

Oh and I still reckon it's all a load of .... PISH !

at least even the Dogs learnt a lesson from a failed alignment but it seems the Royals have not and will do anything for a win including selling out the competition that has survived for over one hundred years. History and pride mean nothing to the blue and blacks.

Oh well Greta you can always adopt the the rest of the muppet brigades theme of non attendance at EP games, I will let them know that is another $10 not to expect, could break the bank but then i could always chip in the extra, sepia is really your colour, does wonders for your hair and warts.

Sadly, that's not why they closed the WAFLonline forum.

The Demon lads have "passion" about their club I have to admire that .... pity about the WAFL-online forum - it would have been good to find officially the reason for the shutdown though so no rumour or untruths abound!

I still believe the WAFL/WAFC is in damage control mode re: alignment farce and will be for some time yet

It was not so much the passion the Perth people were showing but the personal attacks that were being made.As I said one in particular was taking the site as he was the owner and gatekeeper.
Maybe the other issue tipped it over the top but it was close to closing way before that came along,and as I said before it was closed down once before because of all of what was happening in the Perth room.

Let's just say, a call was made to the WAFL by an associate and the answer was unsatisfactory and weird.

Tipped it over the edge? Pushed it head first mate.

I felt partly responsible and for a while depressed about the whole thing. Particularly after the phone call was made.

After a while, I decided that writing about Peel was my prerogative in a free country and that what I posted was nothing more than squad lists and speculation about the strength of the squad.

And thus, decided to keep going here.
