Unconfirmed but a look at the club site suggests that Matthew Leunberger is a prospect.

Won't get too excited till I know he's on the training track. He has jumper 21 allocated against his name but no announcement..It looks like we may have lost one of our recruits to one of our rivals.Daniel Acres may end up playing for west coast eagles wafl side. The eagles will be competing with us for players from the country, ammos, vfl, sanfl.Nobody knows what restrictions they have as to who they can recruit or can't.

Should be looking after the boys that have stayed loyal to club, than chasing average ammos and country players.

You give guys games on abilty not on loyaltyTHe players who left to play ammos or country were likely to play if not for the alignment. If hodgson and howlett do decide to come back they will get games as they are ahead of others in development and experience.Only 19 played league last year.We lack experience.depth and maturity. It will be 1985-1989 all over again if we just rely on local product

From the club
East Perth Football Club are pleased to officially announce the signings of Angus Scott and Rohan Kerr, both on 2 years contracts, through to the end of the 2020 WAFL Seasons.

Both players have originally come from the Dandenong Stingrays in the TAC Cup competition, but their football journeys have gone different ways.

Angus Scott most recently comes across from the Casey Demons (Melbourne’s aligned side) in the VFL where he has played over 60 VFL Games, including a VFL Grand final and was also a member of the State Squad for the VFL in 2017 against the WAFL Side. At 23 years old the 180cm forward adds senior experience to our group, as well as leadership, having being part of the Demons leadership group.

After 3 years on Carltons list and 4 seasons with West Perth, Rohan Kerr returns to the WAFL competition after playing in back to back premierships with Pinjarra in the Peel League. Kerr brings more than 100 games of state league experience, as well as being a WAFL premiership player with West Perth. The 185cm running midfielder recently turned 27 and is looking forward to adding to his successful resume with the Royals in 2019.

Now at the end of the 2nd week of training the group has had excellent numbers on track with many other new faces coming to try the step up to senior WAFL football.

I assume Mitch Howlett and Tom Hodgson not to be seen.
